While in Nebraska visiting family we decided to try a few of the Mexican Restaurants and
see if there were any good NACHOS to be had.
We ended up one afternoon at Romeo's, which is very easy to get to. Nice parking and nice
area, very clean looking outside. Inside the restaurant is very new looking, staff was pleasant
and attentive when we arrived. At first look we thought it looked to be tex-mex but the menu
was a mix. Luckily they did have NACHOS which is what we love.
We started with a cocktail and they have a full bar so Margaritas are
available but we opted for lighter cocktails. Opening the menu we found the Nachos and ordered the Nachos Supremo which included chips, beans, cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and black olives. 
To those items we always add meat and our favorite is to ask for pork carnitas which is usually not mentioned
on most menus. Other choices there are beef or chicken.

We loved the nachos, they were cooked just right, had great flavor, and were priced reasonably. We would recommend Romeos for the Nachos and give them an 8 out of 10.
