Our dog Lucy...
Lucy is a mixed breed that we rescued from an animal shelter in the California Desert. We thought she was a mix of wired hair Jack Russell and something else, but turns out she was Schnauzer/Poodle mix, so a Schnoodle. She has the greatest personality and is extremely intelligent.
When we first got Lucy we were traveling back and forth between California and Nevada. During that time we realized that she was the perfect dog for traveling. Her calm manner lets her relax while driving but when we stop she is ready to explore.
As far as liking the trailer life, she has no worries and loves to travel as long as she has her toy squirrel to squeak when we reach our destination.
After over 14 years of traveling with us and loving every minute of it, Lucy has passed away on 7-7-2025. Our beloved companion and protector will be missed and she is on to her next adventure over the rainbow bridge. She will be so missed, best friend ever!
